Bambustøj.dk accepts payment with Dankort/VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay and Anyday. We do not charge card fees. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.
Bambustøj.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
ORDER
To make a purchase from us, you must go through 5 steps
1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping cart. Then go to checkout.
2. Accept our terms and conditions
3. Enter your personal information
4. Choose shipping and payment method
5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve the purchase
When you order from us, you do not need a user or login.
Your order confirmation and invoice will be sent to you by email. In the email with the invoice you will find a link to track your package.
All prices shown in our webshop include 25% VAT.
If you have questions about items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us.
It is possible to view previous orders on our webshop if you have previously created a user. If you do not have a user and would like to receive an order confirmation or invoice, please contact us at kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk
CHOSEN WRONG PARCELSHOP
Unfortunately, we do not have the option to change the selected parcel shop after the order has been created.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We cannot guarantee that it is possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you can try contacting customer service, and we will contact our warehouse to see if it is possible to cancel the package. kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk
CARD PAYMENT
You can pay with MobilePay, Visa and Mastercard. No payment fees will be added.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
We accept payment with Anyday.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. After that, you will pay your monthly payment on the last business day of the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged on your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
When canceling/reversing the purchase, the expiration period for the reservation varies and depends on which card is used.
If you pay with Mastercard or Visa Debit, it takes 30 days before the money is released.
If you pay with Visa Dankort, it takes between 1-3 days before the money is released.
If you pay with MobilePay, it depends on which card you paid with.
You have the option to cancel the reservation earlier by contacting our customer service, and we can delete your reservation via our payment solution.

PRODUCTS AND TOTAL COSTS
There is no upper limit for order value when you shop at bambustøj.dk.
Your purchase on the website is valid from the moment you receive an order confirmation by email.
MINORS
Bambustøj.dk does not enter into transactions with minors (under 18 years of age) without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent and suspect that your minor child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
If we suspect that we have received personal information from a minor without parental permission, we will immediately delete this information from our servers.
DELIVERY
All orders placed before 12 noon will be attempted to be shipped the same day. Bambustøj.dk delivers to Denmark with DAO or GLS on all weekdays within 1-2 days. Orders that have received free shipping are shipped with DAO.

DAO
DAO Pakkeshop – DKK 0.00 for orders over DKK 499.
DKK 39.00 for orders under DKK 499.
DAO – Delivery to private address 49 kr.
GLS
GLS Parcel shop – Pick up at parcel shop 49 kr.
GLS – Delivery to private and business addresses 59 kr.
We only deliver within Denmark. If you would like us to deliver outside Denmark, please contact us at kundeservice@bambustoej.dk.
Returns from Denmark cost DKK 39 when using the enclosed return label. The price will be deducted from your return amount.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
When your package is delivered to a parcel shop, you have 7 calendar days to pick up the package before it is sent back to us. When we receive your undelivered package, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the payment for the goods to your account, excluding the return shipping of 39 DKK that we will be charged upon your return. If you still want the goods, please place a new order.
NOT HOME TO COLLECT YOUR PACKAGE
It is not possible to postpone the shipment of orders. If you are not at home to receive/collect packages and the package is returned undelivered, you will be charged the price of the actual return freight as well as freight for any new shipment if you wish the package to be resent.
We encourage you to only shop in the webshop when you are sure that you will be home to receive the package, or can have someone pick up the package for you.
ERROR DELIVERY
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that we pack the wrong item. If this happens to you, please contact our customer service either by sending an email to kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk or calling tel.: 71 99 24 66. Our phone hours are weekdays 10 am-12:30 pm.
DAMAGED PACKAGE DURING SHIPPING
If you see that the package has visible signs of damage, we recommend that you refuse receipt of the package, which will then be refunded to us.
Should you nevertheless receive a damaged item during shipping, it is very important that you immediately document the extent of the damage so that we can start a case with the shipping company.
In this connection we will use the following:
- Pictures of outer packaging
- Pictures of damage to the item
- Pictures of the entire item
- Image of shipping label
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
Contact us before sending the item back.
Please send two pictures to our customer service: 1) where you can see the defect up close. 2) where you can see the entire item and the location of the defect. If your complaint is justified, this means: exchange, money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered,
The complaint must always be timely.
Bambustøj.dk will cover return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

What is not a complaint?
It is not considered a complaint if:
- the fault is due to incorrect use of the product (incorrect washing or treatment) or if you “hang on” something like
causes a running error, a hole, a crack or the like.
- these are defects that have occurred due to normal wear and tear or if the product has been exposed to greater physical stress than one would expect such a product to withstand.
- the packaging has received some bumps during shipping - unfortunately this cannot be avoided.
- you do not receive the clothes in the original packaging - this is because other customers have not taken proper care of the packaging when they received, tried on the clothes and
sent it back. We have therefore been forced to repack the clothes in new plastic packaging.
In some cases we need to have the item sent to us, but first please send us a picture of the item along with a description of the error in an email to kundeservice@bambustoej.dk. When you receive the picture we will decide on the complaint and whether we want the item sent. If the item is to be sent to us we will send you a waybill by email.
Complaints about socks
How long socks last varies greatly, as many different factors come into play, but on average, a pair of socks should last at least 4 months.
Thinning of socks is not considered a hole, but refers to a condition where the socks become thinner and less durable over time. This is due to repeated use and washing, which can result in holes, but which have not yet turned into a hole. Read more about care and maintenance here.
HOW DO I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SIZE?
1. Return the item that did not fit using the enclosed return label. Please note that it costs 39 DKK. Once we have received the item, we will refund the amount through the payment card you used when you placed your order.
2. Place a new order for the desired size. Does the item cost more now? See the next step.
3. Send an email with your new order number to customer service and we will refund the discount. Please note that this only applies to purchases of the same model and color.
Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs on your new order.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
Consumers are given a 30-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from
from the day you receive the last item.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 30 days after receipt and we recommend sending an email to kundeservice@bambustoej.dk or using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
You can only return, not exchange.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. It costs DKK 39 to return an order using the enclosed return label, and you are responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, so make sure to pack them properly.
You should be aware of this when returning
- The seal may be broken so you can try on the clothes (underwear may be tried on without your own underwear)
- The clothes may be tried on, not used - this means that you may try on the clothes as you would in a store - some packages of socks are assembled with strips, be careful when cutting this over that you do not cut the sock, otherwise you cannot return the item
- Please ensure that the goods are in intact packaging. The packaging may have been damaged during shipping, this is perfectly fine, but we encourage you not to use the packaging as shipping packaging - always make sure to pack your returned goods properly.
- Always wrap your items in something else before sending them.
- If you have purchased an item with several parts in a box (e.g. 2-pack, 5-pack, etc.), it is not possible to return only part of the contents - if you want a refund, all items in the box must be returned.
- For example, if you have obtained a volume discount and only return one item, there will not be a 100% refund for that item. This is because the volume discount you originally obtained will be lost on the item(s) you keep, which will therefore cost full price.
NOTE! that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
IMPAIRMENT
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
If you return all items in your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional
delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it has been submitted to the parcel shop.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
