When you order from bamboo-clothing.com, your order is shipped within 24 hours. We aim to ship every order placed before 12:00 on the same business day.

We ship more than 98 % of all orders the same day. Delivery within the EU takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on the country. If you have not received your goods within 6 to 8 business days, please contact us. It indicates that an error or a delay has occurred in transit, and the sooner we know, the sooner we can solve it.

Not every carrier covers every country, so the options you see depend on your address. The final price is shown at checkout.

A return costs 7,00 €. You create it in our return portal, and the amount is deducted from your refund. You have 100 days of full return rights.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

When your parcel is delivered to a parcel shop, the collection deadline is the one stated in the notification from the carrier. After that the parcel is sent back to us. Once we receive an uncollected parcel, we will try to contact you to find out whether you have changed your mind. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the value of the goods to your account. The actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. If you still want the goods, please place a new order.

NOT HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL

Orders cannot be held back for later shipping. If you are not home to receive or collect the parcel and it comes back to us uncollected, you will be charged the actual return shipping cost plus the shipping cost for a new delivery, if you want the parcel sent again.

We recommend ordering only when you are sure you can receive the parcel, or that someone can collect it for you.
