When you order from bamboo-clothing.com your order will be shipped within 24 hours. We strive to ship all orders placed before noon the same day.

We ship over 98% of all orders the same day and can therefore meet a delivery time of 2-4 business days. If you have not received your goods within 4 business days, please contact us as this indicates an error or delay in the mail, and the sooner we are notified, the sooner we can investigate and solve the problem.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

When your package is delivered to a parcel shop, you have 7 calendar days to pick up the package before it is sent back to us. When we receive your unclaimed package, we will try to contact you to see if there is a cancellation. If we cannot make contact, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the payment for the goods to your account. It costs 7€ to return your package with the enclosed return label. If you still want the goods, please place a new order.

NOT AT HOME TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE

It is not possible to postpone shipment of orders. If you are not at home to receive/collect packages and the package is returned uncollected, you will be charged the price
for the actual return freight and freight for any new shipment if you want the package resent.

We encourage you to only shop in the webshop when you are sure that you are at home to receive the package or can get someone to pick up the package for you.
