What does it cost?

Nothing. Membership is free, with no commitment.

How do I get the 10%?

You get a code right away when you join. It gives 10% off your next order, is valid for 48 hours and also works on items that are already reduced. The offer applies to everyone who joins, also if you already receive our newsletter.

How do I earn credit?

Every time you shop, you get 3 to 5% of what you pay back as credit on your account. You use it to pay next time, sale items included. Your credit does not expire.

What are Bronze, Silver and Gold?

Everyone starts at Bronze with 3%. Shop more during a year and you move up to Silver with 4% and then Gold with 5%. It is based on your purchases in the last 12 months since you joined, and the new level applies from your next purchase.

What happens if I return something?

You get your money back as usual, and the credit for the returned item is deducted from your account. If you exchange an item, nothing changes. Your credit stays the same.

Which emails will I get?

When you join, you receive our newsletter and emails from Bambus+ about your credit and benefits. You can unsubscribe from both at any time, using the link at the bottom of the email or under My credit.

Can I stop the emails from Bambus+?

Yes. You can unsubscribe from Bambus+ emails under My credit and stay a member. You keep earning credit and get your discount. If you want out completely, you can delete your account.

Do I need to be logged in?

You earn credit on every purchase with your email, even when you are not logged in. To use your credit at checkout, log in with a code sent to your email. It is then deducted automatically.

Do I need a password?

No. You log in with your email and get a code. You never need to remember a password.
