RIGHT OF CANCELATION

You have 30 days to cancel your purchase from the date you receive the item. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You return an item or package by using the enclosed return label. It costs DKK 39 to return an item. If you do not have a return label, please contact customer service at kundeservice@bambustoej.dk .

If you choose to refuse receipt of your package, the return shipping will be deducted from the refund of your order payment.

YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN RETURNING:

  • The seal may be broken so you can try on the clothes (underwear may be tried on over your own underwear)
  • The clothes may be tried on, not used - this means that you may try on the clothes as you would in a store - some packages of socks are assembled with strips, be careful when cutting this over that you do not cut the sock, otherwise you cannot return the item.
  • The packaging may have been damaged during shipping, which is okay, but we encourage you not to use the packaging as shipping packaging - always make sure to pack your returned items properly.
  • If you have purchased an item with multiple items in a box (e.g. 2-pack, 5-pack, etc.), it is not possible to return only part of the contents - if you want a refund, all items in the box must be returned in unused condition.

HOW DO I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SIZE?

1. Return the item that did not fit. Once we have received the item, the refund will be processed. (See above under returns.)

2. Place a new order for the desired size. Does the item cost more now? See the next step.

3. Send an email with your new order number to customer service and we will refund the discount. Please note that this only applies to purchases of the same model and color.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs on your new order.

COMPLAINT:

It happens that an item is broken and there is therefore a complaint about it. In some cases we need to have the item sent to us, but first please send us a picture of the item together with a description of the defect in an email to kundeservice@bambustoej.dk. When you receive the picture we will decide on the complaint and whether we want the item sent. If the item is to be sent to us, we will send you a waybill by email.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed if it has already been packed. However, you can try contacting customer service, and we will contact our warehouse to see if it is possible to cancel the package. kundeservice@bambustoej.dk
