How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

These socks from Lindbergh come only in 42 to 47. That is a narrower range than most, so check your shoe size before you order. Lindbergh's socks are generally made in that one size only. Five identical black pairs in the pack.

80 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 80% bamboo viscose, 17% polyamide and 3% elastane. That is a high bamboo content for a sock, and the difference is noticeable: they feel smooth rather than merely soft, and they wick moisture all day. The polyamide takes the wear in the heel and toe. Flat seams over the toes

The seam across the toes is flat instead of standing up as a ridge. That is the detail you notice most of all inside a shoe.
