WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Seven pairs of black socks, one for each day of the week

Seven pairs is the number that lets you wash once a week and never run out. Every pair is black and identical, so you never have to match them up, and if one goes missing in the washing machine it makes no difference. The socks are from JBS, who have made underwear and socks for Danish men for over eighty years.

Sizes by shoe

Available in 37/40, 41/44 and 45/48. Choose by your normal shoe size. If you are on the borderline, go up, a sock stretched all the way out wears through faster at the heel.

The material does the work

75% bamboo viscose, 23% polyamide and 2% elastane. The bamboo draws moisture away from the foot, and that is where odour normally starts. The polyamide sits at the heel and toe where the wear is, and the elastane holds the sock up without cutting into the calf. Certified all the way

OEKO-TEX Standard 100, certificate no. 976-15301, and the bamboo is FSC MIX certified, meaning it comes from responsibly managed forests.
