How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

These black boxer briefs from Boody are made from super soft and breathable bamboo, which makes them comfortable to wear all day. Bamboo is breathable. They have a soft elastic waistband and light support in the pouch.

What is special about Boody is that there are almost no seams. The boxer briefs are knitted in one piece, which means there is nothing that can chafe, press or show through the trousers. One pair, black, in sizes S to XL.

80% bamboo and very little else

Boody uses 80% bamboo viscose, 13% nylon and 7% elastane. The high proportion of bamboo is felt first: the fabric is smooth and cool rather than dry like cotton. Nylon and elastane hold the shape. More in our facts about bamboo.
