WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

A classic crew neck army green bamboo T-shirt, high quality and a good fit, from Resteröds. As it is made from bamboo, it is lovely and soft, as well as breathable and temperature regulating.

An army green t-shirt is the alternative you buy when the drawer is already full of black and white. The colour is muted enough to work every day and with jeans, but still gives a little more than a basic colour. Round neck, from Resteröds, in sizes S to XXL.

Swedish brand since 1935

Resteröds has made underwear and t-shirts in Sweden since 1935 and was later bought by the Danish company JBS of Denmark. The quality is at the higher end, and the t-shirt is thick enough to be worn on its own without being see through. See the rest of Resteröds.

The material

65 % bamboo viscose, 30 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose gives the t-shirt a softer drape than pure cotton, and it breathes better, which you notice under a shirt or on a warm day. The elastane keeps the neck from stretching out. More in our facts about bamboo.
