WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Two black slim fit T-shirts that do both

Slim fit means the T-shirt can be worn as an undershirt beneath a shirt without bunching up, and because it is black with a round neck it can also be worn on its own. That is two functions in the same top, and that is why many people buy two at a time. From Resteröds in sizes from S to XXL.

What temperature regulating means

Bamboo viscose carries both heat and moisture away from the skin. In practice that means the top feels cool when you are warm, and that it does not turn clammy and cold when you stand still afterwards. The fabric is 65 % bamboo viscose, 30 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane, and the bamboo is FSC MIX certified. See our facts about bamboo and our FSC page.

Keep it black

Turn the T-shirt inside out, wash at 40 degrees with the dark laundry and leave out the fabric softener. That way the colour lasts longest. See our washing and care guide. OEKO-TEX Standard 100, certificate no. 976-15301.
