WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Seven pairs of black socks in a gift box

7-pack black bamboo socks from Copenhagen Bamboo in a gift box made from recycled cardboard. Fantastically soft, moisture wicking and breathable all day.

Seven pairs equals a week, and that is the whole idea: you can wash once a week without running out. All pairs are identical and black, so nothing needs pairing up after the wash. The pack comes in a box of recycled cardboard, so it can be given as a gift without any further wrapping. More about that under packaging.

Regular height

This is the sock with a regular shaft, that is the one that comes some way up the leg and stays put under a pair of trousers. Available in 34/39, 40/44 and 45/49, and the style suits both women and men.

75 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 75 % bamboo viscose, 23 % polyester and 2 % elastane. The bamboo viscose moves the moisture away from the foot, and that is why the feet smell less than in pure cotton socks. The polyester sits at the heel and toe where the wear is. See our facts about bamboo.
