How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Three pairs of socks in dark blue and stripes

The pack mixes plain dark blue with striped, so you have both a pair for the days when the sock should not be seen and a pair for the days when it may. Three pairs from Bamboo Basics, in 35/40, 41/46 and 47/50, that is also at the very large end.

Flat seams over the toes

The seam across the toes is flat instead of standing up as a ridge. That is the detail you notice most inside a shoe, and one of the few things that really separates a good sock from a cheap one.

70 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 70% bamboo viscose, 25% polyamide and 5% elastane. The bamboo viscose is the soft and breathable part, the polyamide is placed exactly where the wear happens, at the heel and toe. The model suits both women and men. See our facts about bamboo.
