WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Five pairs of low cut socks in army green, black, navy and striped

If you are tired of nothing but black socks, this is the pack that gives a little variety without becoming flashy. Four shades in five pairs: army green, black, navy and one striped pair. All are low cut, that is with the edge just below the ankle, so they are not visible in low shoes but do not slip down under the heel either.

Four sizes

Available in 30/33, 34/39, 40/44 and 45/49, so both smaller and larger feet get a sock that actually fits. Choose according to your normal shoe size.

The material

75 % bamboo viscose, 23 % polyester and 2 % elastane. The bamboo draws moisture away from the foot, which is where odour normally starts. The polyester sits in the heel and toe where the wear is greatest, and the elastane holds the sock up without constricting. More about the material in our facts about bamboo.

Certification and washing

OEKO-TEX Standard 100, certificate no. BJ020 14244. Wash at 40 degrees without fabric softener, which settles in the fibres and ruins the breathability. See our washing and care guide.
