WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

The stripes here are narrow rather than wide, which makes the shirt more understated and therefore easier to wear day to day. From JBS of Denmark, and the style suits both women and men.

45 per cent bamboo viscose and 55 per cent cotton

Here the cotton content is higher than the bamboo content, and that is a deliberate choice. A shirt needs enough body for the collar to stand up and to stop it creasing up, and that is what the organic cotton provides. The bamboo helps regulate temperature. The bamboo is FSC MIX certified.
