How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Tai is the classic cut between hipster and maxi

Black bamboo Tai briefs from CCDK with a soft material that follows the body's movements. Moisture wicking and breathable with good support all day.

Tai sits at normal waist height with higher leg openings than a hipster. It's the cut most people know as an ordinary pair of briefs, and the reason it's the best-selling style: it disappears under anything without adding bulk.

The edges are folded

The leg openings and waist are folded rather than having a sewn-on elastic. This gives a softer edge that doesn't show a line through tight trousers, and there's no ribbing that can roll up over the course of the day.

The material

79% bamboo viscose for the cool surface, 15% recycled nylon for strength and 6% elastane so it follows the body. More about the fibres in facts about bamboo. Certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, cert. no. BEGO 065229.

Washing

40 degrees without fabric softener. Keep it out of the tumble dryer, where the heat affects the elastane first. See the washing and care guide.
