WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

The set with the high bamboo content

Black badge hoodie tracksuit set in bamboo from JBS of Denmark. Soft sweatpants and hoodie with a subtle badge and a good fit for lounging and days at home.

This set is 70% bamboo viscose, 25% cotton and 5% elastane. There is no polyester in it, and that is the important difference from ordinary sweatshirt clothing: the fabric is softer and cooler against the skin, but in return it requires you to keep the temperature down in the washing machine.

The set

Hoodie with a discreet badge plus soft sweatpants. It is made for days at home and lounging rather than for training, and the cut is tailored to that.

That is why it should be washed cool

Without polyester, there is nothing in the fabric to hold the shape at high heat. Wash at 40 degrees or below, keep the set out of the tumble dryer, and do not use fabric softener. See the washing and care guide.
