How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Why acrylic is included

This hoodie is 37% bamboo viscose, 27.5% organic cotton, 27.5% acrylic and 8% elastane. The bamboo share is lower than in our underwear, because the acrylic is what retains the warmth in a jumper meant to be used outside, not just at home. More about the fibres in facts about bamboo.

Wash acrylic blends cool
