This is why there is polyester in a bamboo hoodie

Dark grey unisex bamboo hoodie from Copenhagen Bamboo with logo print over the chest. Made from bamboo viscose, organic cotton and recycled polyester.

Sweat fabric needs to hold its shape after many washes, and that is what the 25% polyester does. The 55% bamboo viscose gives the softness against the skin, 15% organic cotton gives the fabric weight, and 5% elastane makes sure the ribbed trims spring back.

The logo

The logo is printed over the chest. The print lasts longest when the top is washed inside out, because the drum then wears on the back of the fabric instead of on the print.

Unisex means one cut

The hoodie has the same cut for men and women, and the full size range is in stock. If you want it close-fitting, go for your normal size. If you want it as a loose loungewear top, size up.

Certifications

The bamboo fibres are FSC MIX certified, which is about where the bamboo is grown. Read what the label covers under FSC. The whole top is also certified according to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, cert. no. BJ020 142441. More about the fibres in facts about bamboo.
