Super soft and comfortable bamboo slip from Boody. Perfect to wear under your light-coloured dresses or simply for relaxing at home. It has a loose fit, spaghetti straps and falls to mid-thigh.

Bamboo has a number of good properties such as being soft, breathable and moisture-wicking, which is why it's perfect for a slip.

A light summer dress becomes see-through in backlight, and that's exactly the problem a slip solves. This one is nude-coloured, which works better than white under light dresses because the skin tone doesn't show as an outline.

95 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 95% bamboo viscose and 5% elastane. That's one of the highest bamboo shares in our range, which is why the slip feels smooth and cool rather than just soft. It's also what sets it apart from a similar cotton-blend version. We explain the difference in our facts about bamboo.

A high bamboo content calls for careful washing

The more bamboo viscose, the less the fabric tolerates. Wash at 30 to 40 degrees on a gentle programme, never use fabric softener and let it air dry. Read more in our washing and care guide.
