WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

The wide waistband on a G-string

This light blue bamboo G-string has a sewn-on 2 cm wide waistband and a narrow sewn-on edge at the leg openings. Bamboo is, among other things, breathable.

The waistband is sewn on and 2 cm wide. That is wider than on most G-strings, and it is an advantage: a wide waistband lies flat and does not roll up into a cord during the day, the way a narrow elastic does. At the leg openings, however, the edge is narrow and sewn on.

What the style solves

A G-string is chosen so that no line shows through under close-fitting trousers or a thin dress. That is the one task, and it is solved by there being no fabric at the back.

Washing
