How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Hipster sits low on the hip

Hipster means the waistband sits low, down on the hip rather than up at the navel. It is the style for low-waisted trousers, where a maxi would stick up above the waistband. At the back, however, there is good coverage so it does not cut in.

Sewn-on waistband and edge

Both the waistband and the edge at the leg openings are sewn on. This gives a flatter edge than a folded hem and is why the briefs do not show a line through close-fitting fabric.

The material

65% bamboo viscose, 30% organic cotton and 5% elastane. Bamboo viscose absorbs moisture and releases it into the air, and that is the whole reason the material is used for underwear. More in facts about bamboo.
