Short answer: The parcel is sent to the parcel shop you choose when ordering. You are notified when it is ready, and it stays there for a number of days before being returned.

When ordering you choose which parcel shop the parcel goes to. It is usually the nearest, but you can choose another if that suits you better. See delivery.

Notification when it is ready

You are notified when the parcel can be collected. The message contains the code or number you need in the shop.

The collection deadline

The parcel stays ready for a number of days. If it is not collected within the deadline, it is returned to us. The current terms are in the terms and conditions.
