How to raise a claim

Short answer: Write to the shop with the order number, a photo of the fault and a short description of when it appeared and how many times the item has been washed.

What the shop needs

The order number so they can find the purchase. A photo so they can see the fault. And information about how long you have had the item and how it has been washed. Those three things settle the case fastest.

What counts as a claim

A fault originating in production: a seam that opens without load, colour that bleeds, a hole with no abrasion. See bamboo t-shirts for men.

What does not

Wear from use: a hole in the heel of a sock, fabric worn thin under the arms, bobbling after a year. See bamboo socks for men and bamboo clothing for women.
