Payment options in the shop

Short answer: You can pay with the usual cards, with MobilePay and with the payment solutions offered at the checkout. No card fee is added to the price, whichever way you pay.

Card and MobilePay

The shop accepts Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. That covers most of the common ways to pay. You choose the payment method at the checkout once you have checked your basket. Which methods apply, and how the payment is handled, is set out in the terms and conditions.

No card fees

No fee is added on top of the price, whichever card you use. The price you see on the product page and in the basket is the price you pay for the goods. So you do not need to choose a payment method to avoid fees, and can simply use the one that suits you best.

Secure payment

The payment goes through an approved payment server where the card details are encrypted. The details are not sent openly over the internet. It is the same kind of solution many other online shops use. As with any online purchase, it is a good habit to check you are on the right page first.

The prices

All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT. The price shown by the item is therefore the final price for the item itself. Shipping is shown separately at the checkout before you confirm the order. That way you see the total before you pay, and nothing unexpected is added afterwards.

When the money is taken

The amount is taken when the goods are dispatched, not when the order is placed. When you order, the amount is reserved on the card, and the withdrawal only happens at dispatch. So you do not pay for goods that are not yet on their way. Some banks briefly show both entries separately.

Paying in instalments

At the checkout there are also solutions where the payment is split up. The terms for those are set by the provider and shown at the checkout before you choose. Read them through, so you know when each amount falls due. More about how such orders are handled is in the terms and conditions.

On a return

If you send an item back, the refund goes to the payment method you used. If you paid by card, the money goes back to the card, and with MobilePay it goes back that way. It can take a few banking days before the amount shows on your account. See how it works under returns and exchanges.

On an exchange

If you exchange for a different size, the payment follows the original order. You do not pay for the item again, only for the exchange itself. That keeps things simple, because no new order with a new payment is created. If you want a completely different item, it is a return and a new order instead.

Keep the order confirmation

After the purchase you receive an order confirmation by email with the order number and the amount. Keep it until the item has arrived and been tried on. If you have a question about an entry in your bank, customer service needs the order number to find the payment. That saves time on both sides.
