Uncollected parcels and what happens

Short answer: A parcel stays in the parcel shop for seven calendar days. If it is not collected, it is returned, and the order can be cancelled with the return shipping deducted.

The parcel is returned, and the order can be cancelled. The return shipping can be deducted from the amount.

How to avoid it

Choose delivery to the door if you are away for a while, or order when you know you will be home.
