The ankle model is the tennis sock cut down to ankle height. You get the thick sole and the soft rib, but the shaft stops where the shoe ends, so the sock is not visible above the edge of a trainer. Three pairs in the pack from Copenhagen Bamboo, in 30/33, 34/39, 40/44 and 45/49.

The sole is what you pay for

The sole is woven extra thick, that is with more yarn under the foot than in the shaft. That gives a cushioning you notice after a full day on your feet, and it is the reason the model is bought by people who work standing up. If you are on your feet all day, this is where the difference lies.

75 per cent bamboo viscose
