WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

These black sweatpants are from JBS of Denmark and are made from a lovely soft bamboo blend. They have pockets on both sides as well as a small logo on the left hip. They are temperature regulating, breathable and stay soft wash after wash.

Classic black sweatpants with a small badge, an elasticated waist and pockets. JBS carries them in six sizes from S to XXXL. They are thin enough to wear indoors without getting too warm, which is the difference between bamboo and ordinary sweatshirt fabric.

Material

55% bamboo viscose, 25% polyester, 15% organic cotton and 5% elastane. The polyester holds the shape, the bamboo provides softness inside. More in our facts about bamboo.
