WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Grey is the basic colour that comes after black and white, and it is often the one you end up wearing most. It is not as harsh as black and not as exposed as white. Short sleeved with round neck, from JBS of Denmark.

65 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 65% bamboo viscose, 30% organic cotton and 5% elastane, and the bamboo is FSC MIX certified. The bamboo viscose is absorbent and temperature regulating, which in practice means that the T-shirt feels cool when you are warm and does not turn clammy afterwards. Wash greys separately

Grey becomes uneven if it is washed alternately with whites and blacks. Keep the T-shirt together with the rest of your grey and light clothes at 40 degrees, without fabric softener. See our washing and care guide. OEKO-TEX Standard 100, certificate no. 976-15301.
