WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Black bamboo lounge set from JBS of Denmark with tank top and leggings. Soft bamboo material that breathes and gives comfort all day and evening.

This set is 95% bamboo viscose and 5% elastane. There is no cotton in it, and that can be felt immediately: the fabric is cool to the touch and moves moisture faster than any of the cotton blends. This is the set if you get warm indoors.

The set

A tank top and a pair of leggings in the same fabric. The advantage of buying them together is that they fade and shrink at the same rate, so they keep looking like a set.

In return, it is more delicate

Without cotton, there is nothing in the fabric to give strength under heat. Wash at 40 degrees or below, keep the set completely out of the tumble dryer and do not use fabric softener. Dry the leggings flat. See the washing and care guide.
