How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

High waisted bamboo hotpants for women, black and shaping

High waisted bamboo hotpants for women from Bamboo Basics come as a black 2 pack with a shaping effect on the tummy and hips. The waistband is woven without side seams, the edges at the leg opening are folded, and the bamboo is super soft and breathable.

The model is called Stella and comes high up over the navel. The shaping lies in the fabric being firmer over the stomach, so that it smooths out under close fitting dresses. The legs prevent chafing at the same time. Two black pairs from Bamboo Basics, in sizes S to XXL.

Material

80% bamboo viscose, 13% polyamide and 7% elastane. Polyamide and elastane give the firmness that shaping requires, without it feeling tight. More in our facts about bamboo.
