WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Dark marl hides what light marl shows

Dark grey marl bamboo sweatshirt from JBS of Denmark in FSC certified bamboo. Soft, breathable and temperature regulating, perfect for loungewear.

Light grey marl is the colour that shows moisture marks and stains most clearly of all sweatshirt colours. Dark grey marl does the opposite and hides almost as much as black, without being as harsh a contrast against the face. That is why it is the easy choice of the two.

The cut

Round neck, ribbed cuffs and hem, no hood. Made for loungewear, meaning days at home rather than for training.

Without polyester

65% bamboo viscose, 30% organic cotton and 5% elastane. There is no polyester in it, which makes the fabric softer and cooler against the skin than ordinary sweatshirt fabric, but in return it does not tolerate high heat as well.

Washing

40 degrees or below, no tumble dryer and no fabric softener. Without polyester, there is nothing in the fabric to hold the shape under heat. See the washing and care guide.
