How to find your order number
Short answer: The order number is in the confirmation email you received when you ordered. It is also on the invoice in the parcel and in your profile if you have created one.
In the confirmation email
The confirmation is sent straight after ordering. Search for the shop name in your inbox, and check the spam filter too. See frequently asked questions.
On the invoice
The invoice in the parcel has the number at the top. That is the fastest route if you have the parcel in front of you.
In your profile
If you have created a profile, all your orders are there. See profile.
If you cannot find it
Contact us with the email address or phone number you ordered with, and we will find the order. See contact.
Why it is needed
The order number lets us find your order straight away rather than having to search. See return, exchange or cancel.
