How to return an item

Short answer: Returns are made through the returns portal, where you follow the steps and get a QR code or a label to print. It costs a fixed amount per return.

Use the returns portal

Start in the returns portal and follow the steps. See returns and exchanges.

QR code or label

In Denmark returns are made with GLS, either with a QR code or a label you print yourself.

The price

Returning an item or an order costs 39 kroner. The amount is deducted from the refund.

Do try the item on

The seal may be broken so you can try the clothes on. Underwear is tried on over your own.

The status of the return

If you have already created a return, you can follow the status in the portal.

An exchange instead

If the size does not fit, you can exchange rather than return. See the terms and conditions.

Avoiding the return

Measure against the chart before you order. See the size guide.

When to return

If you change your mind about the purchase, the deadlines in the terms and conditions apply. Create the return in good time rather than waiting until the last day. See the terms and conditions.
