How to return an item

Short answer: Returns are made through the returns portal, where you follow the steps and get a QR code or a label to print. Each return costs a fixed amount, which is deducted from your refund.

Use the returns portal

Every return starts in the returns portal. There you enter your order number, choose the items to send back and follow the steps one at a time. It only takes a few minutes and gives you an overview of what is being returned. Read more about the rules under returns and exchanges.

QR code or label

In Denmark, parcels are returned with GLS. You can choose a QR code that you show at the parcel shop, or a label you print yourself and attach to the parcel. The QR code is easiest if you do not have a printer. Pack the items well so they are not damaged.

The price

Returning an item or a whole order costs 39 Danish kroner. The amount is deducted from your refund, so you do not pay anything when sending the parcel. If you return several items from the same order, it therefore makes sense to send them together in one parcel.

Feel free to try the item

The seal may be broken so you can try the clothing on and see if it fits. For hygiene reasons, underwear should be tried on over your own underwear. The clothing must be unworn and unwashed to be returned, so do not start using it until you are sure.

Return status

If you have already created a return, you can follow its status in the portal. There you can see whether the parcel has been received and when the refund has been started. It can take a few days from handing in the parcel until it is received and processed at the warehouse.

Exchange instead

If the size is wrong, you can choose an exchange instead of a return. That way you get the right size without having to place a new order afterwards. Choose exchange in the portal and follow the steps just as for a return. The rules are in the terms and conditions.

Avoid the return

When to return

If you change your mind, the deadlines in the terms and conditions apply. Create the return in good time rather than waiting until the last day, so you are sure to make it. That also gives you time to hand in the parcel if you do not pass a parcel shop every day.

Pack the items properly

Put the items in the original packaging if you still have it, or in another bag or box that closes well. Remove old labels from the parcel so there is no doubt about where it is going. Add a note with the order number if the portal asks for it.
