How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Amalie is a proper nightshirt with a classic shirt collar, chest pocket and mother-of-pearl buttons. The stripes are blue, white and grey. It's the details that make it resemble a shirt rather than nightwear, which is why it can also be worn at home during the day.

70 per cent bamboo viscose and 30 per cent cotton

There is no elastane in it, so no stretch. That is a deliberate choice in a shirt: the fabric should drape and not cling to the body, and a shirt with buttons has no need to stretch. Washing
