How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Comfortable green striped socks for men from Lindbergh in bamboo viscose with stretch. Soft and breathable with a good fit for both everyday wear and work.

A striped sock is the easy way to wear a pattern without it standing out. It is only seen when you sit down, and the green stripe is muted enough to work with grey and blue trousers at the office.

The material

80% bamboo viscose, 17% nylon and 3% elastane. That is a high bamboo content for a sock, where most lie between 50 and 75%. The surface is softer, and moisture is moved away from the sole of the foot faster. More in facts about bamboo.

The stretch

The sock is knitted with good elasticity, so it stays in place on the leg without needing to be tightened by a snug edge.

Washing

40 degrees without fabric softener. Green dyes fade in direct sunlight, so dry them in the shade, and keep them out of the tumble dryer, where the mere 17% nylon is not enough to hold the shape. See the washing and care guide.
