Returns step by step and what has to be met

Short answer: The item has to be unused and in original condition. You register the return and send the parcel back, and the money is refunded once we have received and checked the item.

Clothing has to be sellable again. Do try the item on, but do not use it. The labels have to stay on. See return, exchange or cancel.

Start by registering the return, so we know the parcel is on its way. The procedure is on return, exchange or cancel.

Exceptions

A few types of item cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened. That is set out in the terms and conditions.

Refund

The money is refunded once the item is received and checked. It goes back to the payment method you used.
