What happens to an item you return

Short answer: The item is checked when it comes back. If it is unused and in original condition, the amount is refunded and the item goes back into stock.

Inspection

Every returned item is checked for signs of use, odour and whether the labels are still on. See return, exchange or cancel.

Refund

If everything is in order, the amount is refunded to the payment method you used. See terms and conditions.

If the item has been used

If the item has been used or the labels are missing, we cannot take it back. It is then returned to you.

Back into stock

How long it takes
