What to do before you return something

Short answer: Check that the labels are still on, that the item is unused and that you have the order number. Register the return before you send the parcel off.

The labels have to stay on

An item without labels cannot be sold again and therefore cannot be returned. See return, exchange or cancel.

The item has to be unused

Do try the item on indoors over clean clothing. Do not use it. See terms and conditions.

Register the return first

Register the return before you send, so we know the parcel is on its way and can process it straight away. A parcel arriving without notice takes longer to match to the right order.

Find the order number

It is on the invoice in the parcel and in the confirmation email. See frequently asked questions.

Pack it properly

Do use the original packaging. The item has to arrive in the same condition. See delivery.
