How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Thick quality is what sets this apart from a thin summer nightdress. The fabric is thicker and falls heavier, which means the dress doesn't cling and doesn't become see-through. Long sleeves and black and white stripes.

For cool nights

The combination of long sleeves and a thicker quality makes it the autumn and winter nightdress. That it is still breathable comes down to the bamboo: the material is temperature regulating, meaning it moves heat and moisture away instead of holding on to it, so you do not wake up soaked even though the dress is thick.

68 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 68 % bamboo viscose, 27 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. We go through the material in our facts about bamboo.

Washing stripes

Black and white striped fabric should not be washed too warm, otherwise the white starts to take colour from the black. 40 degrees, without fabric softener. See our washing and care guide. OEKO-TEX Standard 100, certificate no. BEGO 065229.
