How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

That is one reason to choose long legs over short: the fabric lies between the thighs, so skin does not rub against skin. It matters most on warm days, on long walks and under trousers in stiff fabrics such as denim and wool.

Seams on the inside

The seams on the legs are placed on the inside, so there is no seam on the outside of the thigh, where trousers are tightest. It is a detail that is only felt after a couple of hours, and it makes all the difference to whether you keep a pair.
