WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Dark grey socks without elastic in the leg

These socks are particularly suitable for diabetics. That comes down to two things: there is no elastic in the leg, so there are no marks or pressure around the calf, and the seam across the toes is flat, so it does not rub against the skin. Both matter if sensitivity in the feet is reduced.

71 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 71% bamboo viscose and 29% polyamide, and the bamboo is FSC MIX certified. The bamboo viscose is the sweat wicking and breathable part, which is relevant because this particular model is often worn all day. See our facts about bamboo and our FSC page.

Choose the size precisely

Without elastic the sock does not forgive the wrong size: if it is too big, it slides down. They come in 40/45 and 45/48, so choose by your actual shoe size rather than sizing up.
