How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Pack of 3 basic bamboo boxer briefs in black from Jack & Jones. Soft and comfortable to wear all day in breathable bamboo quality for everyday use.

Where the brand's socks are around half bamboo, these boxer briefs are 65% bamboo viscose, 30% cotton and 5% elastane. The difference is intentional: a sock has to withstand wear inside a shoe, while underwear first and foremost has to feel good against the skin.

Regular boxer length with short legs and elastic at the waist. Three identical in black.

Why bamboo for underwear

Bamboo viscose absorbs moisture and passes it on to the air, whereas cotton holds the moisture in the fibres. That is the whole reason the material is used close to the body. More in facts about bamboo.
