How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Tai is the shape with high leg openings and full coverage at the back. This model has side seams, a broad elastic in the waistband and a folded edge at the leg openings. The broad elastic spreads the pressure, so that it does not roll up into a cord over the course of the day. Three pairs from Copenhagen Bamboo, sizes from S to XL.

Why cream and not white

Cream sits closer to the skin tone than white does, and therefore it shows through less under light trousers and summer dresses. White fabric against white fabric gives a visible edge, cream does not.

70 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 70% bamboo viscose, 25% organic cotton and 5% elastane. The bamboo viscose is the absorbent and breathable part, the cotton gives the brief the firmness it needs to hold its shape. See our facts about bamboo.
