WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Navy long sleeved nightdress with dots

Long-sleeved bamboo nightdress in navy with dots from CCDK. Nice and substantial quality, perfect for cool nights. Breathable and temperature regulating.

The dots are small and dense, so from a distance the dress looks like plain navy. That's a different effect from stripes, and it's the one you choose when the pattern should be there without announcing itself. Bea is the simple style without lace.

A sturdy quality that still breathes

The fabric is thicker than in the summer versions, which makes the nightdress the autumn and winter piece. That you do not get warm in it is down to the bamboo: the material is temperature regulating, meaning it moves heat and moisture away from the skin instead of holding on to it. 68 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 68% bamboo viscose, 27% organic cotton and 5% elastane. The organic cotton gives the nightdress body so it hangs nicely rather than clinging.

Wash navy separately

Navy gives off a little colour in the first few washes, so keep the nightdress away from anything white to begin with. Wash at 40 degrees together with your dark laundry and leave out the fabric softener. See our washing and care guide. OEKO-TEX Standard 100, certificate no. BEGO 065229.
