How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

White bamboo tai brief from Boody with a woven waistband, no side seams and folded-over edges at the leg openings. Please note: pads and panty liners can struggle to stay in place in Boody's briefs.

Tai is the cut with high leg openings and full coverage at the back. All edges are kept flat, because they are what would otherwise show through a close-fitting fabric.

What you should know

If you use pads daily, you should choose a model in a cotton blend instead.
