How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Black bamboo tennis socks for men from Lindbergh in soft bamboo viscose with stretch. Temperature-regulating and moisture-wicking, perfect for sport and everyday wear.

A tennis sock is knitted with more elasticity than an ordinary sock, so it stays in place when the foot is working inside a shoe. That is why it works for sport, and it is also the reason it is comfortable on a long day on your feet.

80% bamboo

The sock is 80% bamboo viscose, 17% nylon and 3% elastane. That is a high bamboo content for a sock, where most lie between 50 and 75%, and it shows: the surface is softer and moves moisture away from the sole of the foot faster.

In return, it needs to be treated correctly

With only 17% nylon, there is less in the sock to hold its shape when warm. Wash at 40 degrees and keep it out of the tumble dryer, so the shaft does not go slack. See the washing and care guide.
