WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

These navy socks from Resteröds are super soft because they are made from bamboo. The socks are comfortable to wear all day, thanks to the bamboo fibres, which are breathable and moisture wicking, and the socks also have flat seams across the toes, for minimal irritation.

Navy is the most used alternative to black, and it works for suits, jeans and everyday wear without being quite as harsh as black. Five identical pairs in the pack, in size 40/45.

Material

80% bamboo viscose, 15% polyester and 5% elastane. The high proportion of bamboo is noticeable straight away, and it keeps odour down because the moisture is drawn away. More in our facts about bamboo.
