How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Hotpants are the briefs with longer legs

Nude bamboo hotpants from Urban Quest with a bonded seam at the waist and a forward-shifted side seam for extra comfort. Soft and breathable quality for everyday wear.

Hotpants cover more of the thigh than ordinary briefs. This is the choice if you want a little more fabric between skin and trousers, or if you wear them under a dress, where they also stop skin from rubbing against skin.

The forward-shifted side seam

The side seam is moved forward instead of sitting in the middle of the side, where a pair of trousers is tightest. Together with the bonded seam at the waist, this means there is no edge to feel on the hip or over the stomach after a few hours.

Nude

A nude shade disappears under light-coloured trousers and white dresses, where both white and black show through, each in its own way.
