Split sheet in 100 % bamboo lyocell for an adjustable bed. Elastic all the way round and a 20 cm depth, so the sheet follows the movement of the bed instead of coming off.

Bamboo lyocell, not bamboo viscose

The item is made from bamboo lyocell. Lyocell is produced in a closed loop where the solvent is reused, and the fibre comes out stronger than ordinary viscose. That matters more for bedding and sheets than for anything else, because they are washed more often than the rest of the textiles in the house.

U80 or H60

An ordinary sheet cannot follow an adjustable bed. It pulls tight in the middle when the bed is raised and ends up coming off the corners. U80 has one U shaped opening of 80 cm and is used when the mattress is split at one end. H60 has openings at both ends and is used when the mattress is split at both the head and the foot end. The fabric is sateen woven with 300 threads per inch. The thread count gives the smooth surface and makes the fabric hard wearing enough for washing. More in our facts about bamboo.

Washing and sizes
