How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

The nightshirt that can be worn with jeans

Loose fit, round neck and black. Nothing about the cut says nightwear, which is why it can be used both for sleeping and with a pair of jeans during the day. It's the same top covering two purposes, and black is the colour that makes it possible.

95% bamboo

95% bamboo viscose and 5% elastane. There's no cotton in it, and it shows: the fabric feels cool to the touch and moves moisture away faster than a T-shirt with a lot of cotton. Boody generally has the highest bamboo share of the brands in the shop. More in facts about bamboo.

In return, it is delicate

Without cotton, there's nothing to give strength under heat, and black bamboo viscose also turns greyish. Wash at 40 degrees or below, keep it out of the tumble dryer and don't use fabric softener. See the washing and care guide.
