How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Bamboo viscose is among other things breathable and moisture wicking, an obvious material for training shorts.

Olive green version of Boody's training shorts. Five inch leg length is the medium length, longer than running shorts and shorter than cycling shorts. High waist that stays up during movement.

Material

61% bamboo viscose, 27% organic cotton and 12% elastane. Lower bamboo content than Boody's underwear, because activewear requires more stretch and shape stability. More in our facts about bamboo.
